I went there for a contouring consultation, and there was some waiting because the director’s surgery was delayed. The director seemed a bit tired during the consultation, and personally I had hoped they would explain the problems with my contouring in detail, but they only answered the questions I asked, so the consultation didn’t really resonate with me.
