Before the consultation even started, the director arrived late, maybe because he was busy, and it seemed like he was trying his best to consult, but he looked so exhausted that I felt awkward even asking questions. Honestly, who would make a reservation after seeing a consultation like that It felt like a waste to have made time to go there.
