I went there for a consultation, and first of all, the staff at the desk were gossiping among themselves with a ton of useless chatter. Their voices were so loud everyone sitting there could hear them. At other places, if I’m sitting there and the reception form is needed, they bring it over directly and come to pick it up, but here they told me to go get it myself. These staff members must have very heavy assesㅋㅋ There were way too many staff visible during the wait, but some of them were just sitting around chatting. It felt hectic and chaotic. They said the operating room was in the basement. They said the wait would be about 10 minutes, but even after an hour my name still hadn’t been called, so when I went and confronted them, it felt like they had forgotten I existed. “Uh???!!??? Huh???? Just a moment,” they said, flustered. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here. I feel like they’d handle surgery the same way. I don’t know what the surgical results would be, but you should be ashamed that there’s a cosmetic surgery clinic like this in Apgujeong with such a trash service mindsetㅋㅋㅋ Rather than hiring so many employees like a noisy market, I’d rather they hire just a few who actually do their jobs well and raise the quality of service at the clinic to build up the hospital’s reputationㅋㅋ
