TL review

I was trying hard to solve my chest complex, when I saw an ad saying TL was selecting a breast model, so I applied. I was recommended silicone, but I had a strong aversion to implant insertion, so I went with autologous fat grafting. I was selected as a model, but the cost burden was only slightly discounted, so when I checked other hospitals in person, it was about the same price. Even though it was a large hospital, the surgery fee was the same, so I thought it wasn't bad. It was done in two stages, and to improve fat survival, they did not freeze it and harvested it separately each time. I mentioned worries about side effects, so maybe they only did it very lightly... After the first surgery, even right after surgery the breast volume didn't increase at all, which was surprising. For the second round, I said to definitely do more, so they grafted more than in the first round. It seems like they could have done that much in the first round too.. Thinking about the trouble I went through and the money I spent, I feel a lot of regret. It has now been about six months since the second round, and my breasts have mostly returned to how they were before surgery. I absolutely do not recommend this surgery. And as for the doctor's skill, there's no real basis to judge beyond the result, and I received the surgery safely so I don't have a major complaint, but the hospital staff level was really.. The breast-part staff were polite and seemed professional, but the reception staff on other floors and in other centers felt like people with no work ethic who came just to fight for dominance. Being unfriendly to patients goes without saying, but why do patients have to feel uncomfortable because the staff are fighting among themselves? And I also got the strong feeling that the hospital was hiding a lot. They didn't even want to give me the prescription for my own use. Why was the qualification for prescribing medicine a dentist? The hospital system is a total mess. Big only in size..
