I know the director has a long career, but it's hard to trust the consultation manager's claim that there hasn't been a single side effect. It might have been better to say something like, there were cases like this but the hospital handled them well. And I felt uncomfortable because they seemed to push only incision methods too aggressively. The expensive surgery fee was just an added bonus.
