It definitely felt factory-like.. and they were extremely busy even during consultation and after surgery.. it was hard to meet them.. The cheekbones were about the same before and after, maybe a little more flared out I think they do have some sense of balance and aesthetics; the balance with the jaw implant was good. Still, I wouldn't recommend them. I have a short chin, so why recommend a square jaw at all..
