Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

5 years after nose surgery..

It has already been 6 years, 5 years since I had it done at a famous large hospital in Gangnam. I had it done twiceㅠㅠ But my original nose was very low and round, so I kept asking them to make it as natural as possible. But with large hospitals, there are limits to how much they can consider each person's requests? when designing. While I was in surgery, my mom was waiting and said it was like some kind of factory, people kept going in, coming out with bandagesㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ she said it felt like dozens went in over a few hoursㅋㅋㅋㅋ At first, the glabella area was too high, so my face ended up looking masculine, and seeing how they just stuffed cartilage into the nasal tip and made it look like a bulbous nose, I wonder if a shadow doctor did itㅡㅡ I had both the first surgery and revision with the same director, but the hand skills? were so different. At first, the sizes of both alar bases were different, and they put a lot of cartilage only on one side of the nasal tip, so it was honestly ridiculous... No, seriously, thinking about it, for the first surgery I changed clothes, washed my face, and went straight into the operating room, but for the revision I changed clothes, washed my face, then the director came and designed on my face with a pen before I went in? F*** For the revision, I really, really drilled the design I wanted into the director, so it turned out fairly delicate (compared to the first time). I emphasized naturalness a lot, and it really is natural. When I tell people I had it done, everyone tells me not to lie, that's how natural it looks. But at first, the nasal tip had been tightly gathered in a neat way, and after about 5 years, once the swelling completely went down, how should I put it, it spread out again as if it had loosened. At this point, unlike before when I didn't know anything and just cared blindly about raising the bridge of my nose, now I really notice things like the nasolabial angle, columella, lifting the alae, and a straight-to-slightly-curved nasal tip, and I want to do it again... Honestly, I could just live like this, but every time I look in the mirror, the drooping nasal tip and the fact that the nasal bridge starts from too high up bother me so muchㅠㅠㅠㅠ I'm so jealous when I see people whose noses turned out really pretty... Before, I didn't even go around for consultations and just followed a friend who said hers turned out okay, but this time I'm going to go to a ton of consultations and look at the director's personality tooㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I won't obediently entrust them with my third surgery
