Up to this point it was good, but then the consultant asked where I was going next, and when I gave the hospital name, maybe it was a competitor? Suddenly they said that if I paid the deposit by a certain time that day and confirmed the reservation, they would even remove the VAT. So I asked whether the deposit would be refunded if I changed my mind and canceled after making the reservation, and they said no. Then they said, “So we don’t mention this part first from the beginning,” and I was like, huh?? ㅋㅋ Regardless of the reason for non-refundability, the deposit still isn’t refundable, so saying they would do this or that if I booked on the same day felt slightly pressuring, and I became a bit turned off.
