I went for a consultation because he's famous by word of mouth as a double eyelid evaluator. This was the only clinic that marked lines on both eyes. Every place I'd visited until then had only marked the left eye. When only the left eye was marked, he said it would likely come out pretty, but after marking the right eye, he said this eye had a high chance of ending up uneven over time, so even if I had surgery I probably wouldn't be satisfied, and he recommended not having the surgery. I asked a lot of questions, and he said it's right to ask about anything you don't know before going, and he passionately explained things with photos and by pointing out the eye shapes. I heard that people who were told not to have surgery here also didn't end up looking good even if they had it done elsewhere, so in the end I don't think I'll get double eyelid surgery. He was very honest and professional, so I recommend going for a consultation at least once.
