I went there for a nose consultation. The cost was about the same in Seoul and Daegu. There were a lot of people, but the staff kept calling... And if you get your nose done, they said they’d include fillers or Botox as a service. There was a bit of a wait, and it’s a large plastic surgery clinic with a place where foreigners can also get consultations.
