I went there just for a simple laser hair removal promotion. I went because they said they had an Apogee among the laser hair removal machines, but I honestly wasn't sure whether they actually used Apogee or not. The doctor performing the procedure changes depending on the day. You can adjust the settings, but in that part the patient has to try it and then tell them how to adjust it. Laser hair removal is honestly a simple procedure, so the director's experience wasn't really important, but the post-procedure guidance from the staff was too sloppy. After the laser treatment, they give you a cream, but they only refill it if you bring the container with you, and that part was pretty frustrating.
