After double-eyelid surgery, AS is not available if the desired line does not come out. They say it is only possible when the two eyes are asymmetrical or the fold has loosened. If the surgeon who performed the operation leaves the clinic, AS is also difficult in that case, so I think you should look into that carefully too.
