I took facial photos, had a brief consultation with the consultant, and then consulted with the director. He said my eyelids were drooping, so if I didn’t do an incisional method, it might come undone. He said that after non-incisional ptosis correction, the line could come undone, so during surgery he would give me one dermal injection as a complimentary service. He said they would monitor the progress, and if the double eyelid comes undone, they would do revision surgery as aftercare, but the surgery fee would be charged as the difference. The director asked whether I had any thoughts about doing my nose, so I also wanted to get a nose consultation, took a CT scan (there was no CT fee), and received a nose consultation. For the nose, I was consulted that it would be implant-free hump nose osteotomy (lateral, medial), my nasal septum is very deviated so it seems like donor costal cartilage would be needed, and long-nose correction would be necessary. I paid the deposit and received a paper summarizing the final consultation details.
