While looking at reviews because I was planning to get nose surgery, I happened to see a Thank You review, and the line connecting the nasal bridge to the nasal tip was really exactly my taste, so I went for a consultation. As expected, there were a lot of people. There were many comments saying the wait was long, and it wasn’t like there was no wait at all, but maybe I picked a good day. The wait time was manageable, and whenever there was waiting time, I received updates in between. My nasal bridge is slightly crooked, but they said the nasal septum doesn’t seem that crooked, and that if they open it up and it is crooked, then they would probably need to use donated costal cartilage at that point. I have a slight hump, but they said it’s absolutely not enough to require osteotomy, and that shaving it down and placing silicone would be enough. My nasal bridge itself isn’t on the low side, so there’s no need to make the line dramatically high, and since my nasal tip feels a bit droopy, making my nose look long, they said it should be enough just to lift it upward and make it more defined. They said the crookedness likely won’t be very noticeable if, when inserting silicone, they align the nasal tip with the Cupid’s bow. The consultation itself was very clean and straightforward, and I felt that the director seemed to have a great deal of knowledge about noses.

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
