I’m going around for consultations at places known for naturally glamorous noses, and Thank You had good reviews and ratings too, so I went for a consultation. There was a bit of waiting time, but they guided me well, so it was tolerable. They had told me in advance from the time I made the appointment that there could be a wait, so I went expecting it. For my hump, I was recommended shaving it down without needing an osteotomy, placing silicone, and using donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage + septal cartilage. They recommended donated costal cartilage together because my amount of septal cartilage is small. The consultation atmosphere itself didn’t feel coercive or like overtreatment. They first asked what I was concerned about and what nose shape I wanted, and then explained that to achieve that, this and that would need to be done, suggesting the surgical method and direction, and they also answered all the other questions I had one by one, so it was good. I’m not planning to have surgery immediately, so I’m just casually going around for consultations, but if I really decide I need surgery, this is one of the places I’d consider going back to for a second consultation.
