It’s the morning of day 2 after the day of surgery. When I had just woken up, it was a bit more swollen, but I ate breakfast and did a cold compress for 5 minutes. I tried opening my eyes clearly.
In the photo, it looks like there’s no swelling at all(?), but it’s not quite that much. It actually feels a little more swollen than the day after surgery. Still, it doesn’t feel extremely overwhelming. Some bruising has appeared along the double eyelid line, but in person it’s actually almost not visible. I think it could be covered if I go out with makeup on.
ps. The operating room nurse is really good at giving injections
