This was the first hospital I visited, and I still hadn’t properly decided on the line I wanted, but they explained things kindly, so I think I made a decision to some extent. I liked that they didn’t overly recommend a bunch of different surgeries. Even while explaining, I felt a sense of professionalism and confidence. The manager was kind too.
