I visited in a very irritated state because I had changed my reservation date and time twice. The previous hospitals said only a straight nose was possible, but here they said a straight-but-slightly-curved line was possible. If they inserted 2 mm of silicone, they could shave down the hump more and create a curved finish; without silicone, a curved finish would not be possible. (They said there wasn’t that much septal cartilage, so shaving more would cause functional problems.) Tip with ear cartilage and septal cartilage. They said the crooked nose would not be corrected to be perfectly straight, but should be corrected to a point between the current shape and straight so it would suit my current facial asymmetry. When smiling, the hooked nose would be corrected and the bone beside the hump would be osteotomized very slightly. After surgery, the nostrils would show a little more than now, but the originally round nostrils would become more vertical, so it wouldn’t be much of a problem. Another hospital deducted 10,000 won from the consultation fee in exchange for changing the appointment time, but here there was nothing like that. I felt their professionalism dropped a lot because they had changed the appointment time too many times. And it was strange that they claimed insurance treatment was possible even though there was no ENT specialist here. I heard that in a clinic that is only a plastic surgery clinic, the code itself doesn’t even get generated...
