The director was extremely kind, soft-spoken, and seems like a really good person. He drew pictures on a tablet and explained step by step which parts could be improved. He said a lot of nice things too But he mentioned that my nose has a slight dorsal hump... The consultation coordinator said that because I have a dorsal hump, the shaving cost would be included... I didn’t want to shave the hump, and the fact that I had one surprised me, so my trust dropped a little in that part. Overall, though, the clinic facilities and atmosphere were pretty good
