Side effects 15 years after nose surgery

In 2001, I had consultations at 9 hospitals, and after seeing a director who often appeared on TV at the time, I had nose surgery, expecting good results because of his fame. I had wanted it to look natural, so it turned out so natural that no one could tell I had my nose done~ I was scared of revision surgery, so I just lived with it~ But 15 years later, 4 years ago, the silicone broke through my nose and came out ㅠㅠ Because I was in Canada at the time, I paid even more than the surgery would have cost there and had removal surgery ㅠㅠ When the silicone was visible from the outside, I called that hospital, which had become a large hospital, and asked about it. They said it had been over 10 years, so they had no chart, and that removal surgery would start from 1 million won and depend on my condition, in a curt way..;; With round-trip airfare plus the surgery cost, it would have been similar to having surgery in Canada, and since I was a mother with young children, I couldn't just leave them behind, so I had no choice but to tremble with fear and get the removal surgery from a foreign doctor. The stitched scar area at the tip of my nose ended up looking sunken in ㅠㅠ The doctor who removed it told me to get filler after a year. I was scared of filler too and couldn't do it, but last year I got filler in the nasal tip, and the sunken scar improved a bit, but it is still to the point where anyone would ask what is wrong with the tip of my nose... People with thin skin need to be careful.. If only the doctor had at least told me about those possible side effects...
