I wrote once before removing the splint, and I came back to write after removing it
Right now, this is before removal!
First of all, the director is really kind. Extremely likable and kind, and if I have questions, he waits well. I asked a lot of questions, and after looking at my phone, I asked if I could ask one more. Usually, if they’re busy, they go uh... ah, yes..! and you can’t hide it? You can tell they’re busy..!
But he said yes~! and waited very kindly, and stayed with a bright smile? and a good impression, so I felt very reassured.
After I finished all my questions, he said yep! and went out like a ninja, swoosh swoosh, and I thought, ah, even though he was busy, he still waited for me like that, so I was really grateful.
Also, the consultation expertise was excellent, and he answered all my questions well.
The line he drew before surgery was very similar to the line I had in mind, so I decided to do it here!! It was my first surgery and I’m timid, so I asked all sorts of weird things. I’m so sorry and thankful
The consultation manager and the people at the desk, and everyone who works here, are really kind.
Especially the manager was fun and kind, so I felt very reassured and liked that a lot.
After surgery, I was in pain and my energy was completely down, so I only gave minimal answers like yes.. yes, but the people at the desk really showed no displeasure and answered kindly!!
