I got the procedure because I was concerned about my mouth corners. I didn't want it to match the peaks of my lips, so I had it placed only exactly at the mouth corners. Maybe because of the numbing cream, it didn't hurt either. I wanted it to look very natural, so only the mouth corners went up, and I do think maybe I should have gotten a bit more, but since it still looks natural, it feels like my own lips and there is less foreign-body sensation hehe
