As someone who received the above three surgeries, I will speak honestly. The lateral canthoplasty done here tears open the connection point between the upper and lower eyelids, in other words the outer corner of the eye, so the red mucous membrane is fully exposed as is, and you have to live with severe eye stinging that is beyond the level of dry eye syndrome, with tears constantly flowing. Both appearance and function become impaired. Even when restoring the lateral canthoplasty, they do not do lateral canthal fixation, and they do not properly reattach the outer corner of the eye, so the red mucous membrane is still exposed. It is just exposed a little less than before. The sub-brow lift advertised as Ponytail is a surgery performed for age-related drooping eyelids in people in their 60s and older, and young people do not need this surgery at all from the start. First of all, I don't know how they suture, but the depressed scarring is very severe, and the scar area is wide too. It is a sub-brow lift, so I wonder why there are suture marks above the eyebrow. The most important thing is nerve damage. A lift procedure involves fascial dissection, so the sensory nerves under the skin end up being severed, and eventually sensory abnormalities occur. I found out later too, but if you look on YouTube or search papers, it is all there. In my case, even after 1 year, all sensation has not returned. I think this is enough explanation of my surgical experience, and if you do not want to live on psychiatric medication for the rest of your life, I hope you make a wise judgment.
