During the consultation, I told the manager that I wanted a hump nose, bulbous nose, and alar reduction addressed, and that I hoped it wouldn’t look obvious. They said my nose is small compared with other people’s, so I don’t need alar reduction. The doctor also lifted my nose with a cotton swab and said I don’t need alar reduction, and that I only need to lift it using donated costal cartilage.. Among all the hospitals I’d gone around consulting at, this felt like the one that would touch my nose the least. It just felt like only my nose would be lifted.
