First, I had a CT scan, waited, and had the consultation. I didn’t particularly feel that they were unfriendly. For the consultation, the director didn’t just keep talking; it was more of a format where he answered when I asked about things I was curious about. He seemed confident, and maybe because I had heard a lot of good things, I felt trust in him.
