I waited about 30 minutes longer than my appointment time. First, I met the consultant, but the consultation felt a bit lacking in professionalism. She wasn’t unkind, but kind... not really. Then the director came in, and it felt like I was a little at a loss for words.?. It was extremely short, maybe 5 minutes? But the good thing was that they used the CT images on the computer to do a virtual plastic surgery simulator. You can roughly tell how it would turn out.
