When I was twenty, I had three types of canthoplasty at a hospital that was pretty well known for canthoplasty.
I originally had double eyelids, but the space between my eyes was on the wide side and my eyes were quite small, so after thinking about it for a long time, I got the surgery. I’m really satisfied. It might be one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life.. If the inner corners of your eyes cover a lot of your pupils and the space between your eyes is wide, I strongly recommend upper + epicanthoplasty. Personally, I think I could have skipped the lateral canthoplasty. Maybe because I didn’t do lower canthoplasty together, but as the swelling went down, it closed back up right away. Now only about 1 mm of the opened area remains, and it seems like the rest has all reattached.. I didn’t do lower canthoplasty after thinking about it because I saw so many reviews about side effects, and I think it was good that I didn’t do it. Everything else is good after canthoplasty, but the one bad thing is that if I don’t wear circle lenses, my eyes look a bit scarier than before ㅠ Since the eye area was widened from my original eye shape, I guess this can’t be helped ,, Still, I’m really satisfied.
