I went in with very high expectations, but I was disappointed because the estimate came out much higher than I expected. There was no consultation with a manager, and I went straight into a consultation with the director. The doctor personally took photos and explained while doing a virtual cosmetic simulation with Photoshop. He said my nose was a difficult case, and said he would shave down the hump, insert silicone, and use both the septal cartilage and cartilage from both ears to build the nasal tip. Up to here, it was 4,000,000 won. I said I was stressed because my nostrils show a lot from the front and that I also wanted frontal improvement, so he suggested proceeding with nasal alar lowering surgery as well. He said it is a different concept from alar base reduction, and that he would make 2 to 3 mm incisions on both sides of the nose and lift them upward. He said overall, when viewed from the front, the nose shape should become like a seagull shape, like a V shape. He said he has given many lectures on this surgery, but there is no one who does it as well as he does. This surgery alone was 6,000,000 won. Including VAT, he quoted 11,000,000 won. When I said it was too expensive for a first surgery, he reduced it to a final 9,000,000 won. There is no separate deposit, and they said that if I cancel the surgery after making a reservation, I would be put on a blacklist. That day, the consultation manager was sick and could not come in, so the director handled all of the cost and date consultation as well. I feel like he has a good aesthetic sense and good experience, so I really want to do it there, but compared with other people, I feel like the price quoted to me was a bit higher, so I’m conflicted ㅜ

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
