When I went for a nose surgery consultation, he honestly told me that because of the short-nose anatomy, if I had surgery there could be skin shortage and a risk of side effects such as nose-tip upturning. He kindly explained it while showing me the nose shape to help me understand the surgical process better. I was disappointed that I couldn’t see many before-and-after photos.
