First of all, the staff and the consultation manager were very kind. The director seemed kind at first, but as the consultation went on, when it didn’t proceed the way he wanted, he got agitated. It felt a bit like, why do you keep talking about something that isn’t the case..? It’s not like I kept bringing it up; I asked about twice. And that was because when I first asked the doctor, he didn’t give me a clear answer... From my perspective as a patient, I didn’t know, so I wanted to ask and hear the doctor’s opinion too, but the more agitated he got, the more I honestly couldn’t understand what he was saying. Like, what does he want me to do.. Somehow I felt like I could see the doctor’s character, so I just wrapped up the consultation roughly. After the consultation, I had absolutely no desire to have surgery there.
