I only had a consultation a few years ago. The manager was so rude that my thoughts of surgery flew right out the window, and after that the consultation with the director was just so-so .. They weren't particularly kind and weren't particularly rude either. I went in for a nose consultation, and the manager said the nose wasn't the problem.. that fat grafting should come first.. But why were they so angry about it, honestly.. Even now, I still don't feel great about it.
