I went in for a consultation about a bulbous nose. It felt less like they were kind and more like they were professional.. but the methods they suggested were a bit much. They wanted to do the tip and bridge, plus osteotomy... and for alar reduction they said to try something else first and, if that wasn't enough, do it later. When I said I felt uncomfortable with putting silicone in the bridge and asked if I could just do the nostrils, they said it wouldn't look good. The consultation manager was especially blunt, and said that if that's the case, it's better not to do it. The cost was somewhere in the upper-middle range compared to the places I've visited.
