I had consulted there before, and they had expanded and moved to a much bigger place. I went because I liked the before-and-after photos of the surgery. They were really good at difficult bulbous noses, so I went with high expectations. Once they looked at my nose, they said various surgical methods would be needed. They told me to ask if I had any questions and wrapped it up quickly. In the later manager consultation, they mentioned donated rib cartilage, autologous dermis, silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. I wanted to use the minimum possible amount of material, but too many materials were involved. When I asked, they said my nose would only come out well if it were done that way, but I’m not sure. I didn’t like the thought of an autologous dermis scar on my butt, and rib cartilage felt burdensome, so I gave up.
