The consultation was explained very differently from other places ㅠ They even recommended paranasal augmentation, but it seems like they recommend it to many other people too, so I did wonder whether they were really recommending it because it was necessary. The manager spent a lot of time consulting with me, and even said that if I wasn’t going to do osteotomy or paranasal augmentation, I shouldn’t get nose surgery at all ㅠㅠ So I’m seriously thinking about it more. I think it would be better to do it properly in one go, so I’m going to think it through carefully.
