I went in for a consultation about nasal revision surgery. They explained in detail the possible extent and limits based on the current condition of my nose, as well as the surgical methods. The case photos were pretty, so I was very drawn to it, but since this is a revision surgery, I wanted a non-implant option. They said that without silicone, it would be impossible to make the shape into a clean straight line, so I'm thinking it over. I really appreciate that they explained things honestly, which makes me trust them a lot.
