I had nose revision surgery about 7 years ago. Here, the director recommends getting a philtral implant in most cases, and during the consultation he said I should do the nose revision and the philtral implant together, but I hated having a foreign-body sensation, so I left out the philtral implant and only had nose surgery. After surgery, when I asked about the asymmetry, they said it was because I didn't get the philtral implant; A little while after surgery, blood collected between my eyebrows and they drained it with a syringe, but scar tissue formed there. For several years now, the silicone in the glabella area has lifted and created a visible boundary, the nose tip has dropped a little, and I developed a septal deviation that I didn't have before surgery. I'm now looking into revision surgery at another hospital. In conclusion, it's expensive and the aftercare is poor.. and the fact that they said I should do the philtral implant together, etc. I regret so much that I only took the consultation here because a cafe recommended it and went ahead with surgery.
