I had a consultation there before. I had a hump nose, and they quoted 3.6 million, saying they could discount it to 3.2 million, and suggested using ear cartilage, shaving down the hump, and placing about 1 mm of silicone. But recommending paranasal augmentation was surprising since I was 21.... The coordinator was kind, and I felt they would handle aftercare well. I was worried about placing silicone, so when I mentioned that, they said if they only placed 1 mm it would be perfect, and if there were any problems after placing it, they would remove it for free. They also said they would do a revision if inflammation or anything like that happened. And they told me in advance to keep in mind that because my skin is thin, the tip of the nose might show and my nostrils might be more visible than they are now, which felt honest.
