I had surgery here about 3 years ago. They shaved down my hump nose, placed silicone, used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and even did osteotomy.. Now that time has passed, I’m reasonably satisfied with the shape, but the nasal tip is very hard and my left nostril is almost always blocked. At first, I was extremely stressed and had a hard time, but now I’m somehow adapting and living with it. You need to be careful when getting nose surgery,,, hahaha
