I went for a consultation after liking the photos on their blog. I was considering surgery for a bulbous nose, and it looked like the front-view improvement was good The consultation was kind and thorough, but after seeing reviews saying they tend to make the tip a bit longer there were also photos that looked like that, so I'm still deciding, but the front-view improvement looks clear, so I'm planning to go back for another consultation
