The doctor carefully answered all my questions and checked everything I wanted checked, so I liked that. However. Even though I had made a consultation appointment and went there, they kept making me wait in between, so if I add it all up, it feels like I waited an hour. This part needs improvement. The consultant kept recommending unnecessary? things a lot. They were friendly, but I felt like they were just blindly recommending surgery.
