Since it’s non-open rhinoplasty, it’s unavoidable to be more worried than with open rhinoplasty. But if you do it with an open approach, a scar appears on the columella. People at other hospitals who do open rhinoplasty say that never happens, but even celebrities who had open rhinoplasty clearly have incision lines on the columella. I like that this is a place where a non-open specialist operates.
