They said they could decide during surgery whether or not to use ear cartilage *Bridge material: silicone (it comes out nicely), or dermis (disadvantage: it is easily absorbed), or costal cartilage (they said it is hard) + Options: alar base reduction, donated costal cartilage available - Since it includes functional treatment, they said it may be covered by actual medical expense insurance, but in the end the price is similar to other hospitals. How much would actually be covered depends on the insurer, so it is not certain -> Overall: I spent a lot of time researching and went there, but the director only consulted with me for about 10 minutes, and there was no specific mention of the nose shape at all. Even in the explanation of materials, they kept saying, 'You have to open it to know...' so honestly I was disappointed. Still, they never pressured me to leave a deposit, so it was comfortable. Also... they hit me with the facts about my nose (for example, that because of my nose my whole face looked flat), and that hurt a bit.. lol
