My nose problem was also severe functionally, and they really examined it carefully and spent a very long time on the consultation. They tried hard to find the cause as much as possible, so I got some emotional comfort too. It seems like they do a lot of high-difficulty nose surgeries, and being able to get a CT scan made it a good consultation.
