I had surgery 2 years ago because of my long nose, but I was not satisfied until now, so I looked into clinics for revision surgery and went for a consultation. I was worried because my face looked older than my age, so I think it was good that I went to the consultation. What I needed was not a bunch of random recommendations, but a clear explanation. I had the silicone replaced and underwent revision surgery using donated rib cartilage, and the line seems to have come out well and I like it. Because it was revision surgery, I hope the nose shape stays well maintained so I do not have to have surgery again.
