Because this was a revision rhinoplasty, I thought a closed approach would have its limits, but I went with high expectations because the surgeon was so famous. I worried about whether it could be improved aesthetically, because every additional item in the surgery would add a huge amount to the cost, and only the limitations were mentioned, which didn't make me feel like it could get prettier... Usually the consultation managers would give up in situations like that and just explain the price, then end it, and that's exactly how it was ㅠ.. disappointing
