The consultation went in the order: consultation manager > doctor > consultation manager. Because the detailed information about nose surgery was mainly discussed with the consultation manager, I'm worried whether what I want will be properly conveyed to the operating surgeon. The atmosphere makes it hard to ask about the actual nose shape or design. The only time to talk about the nose shape with the surgeon seems to be during the design process on the morning of surgery. The staff are kind.
