I finally had the surgery I had a bulbous nose, a short nose, and a low nasal bridge...! I had alar reduction, silicone for the nasal bridge, and cartilage inserted and tied at the nasal tip so it would be slightly lowered to hide the nostrils and look slimmer!! Even though I still have a splint and tape all over it, I can already see that the nasal tip and alae have gotten smaller...! Maybe because of the swelling, my eyes look a bit close-set, but that should get better once the swelling goes down, right ̆̎ As time passes, I can see it swelling more and more, and my ear is gradually starting to hurt too. I hope even the pain settles down soon
