Head coordinator consultation 20 min -> doctor consultation 5 min -> head coordinator consultation 10 min
The head coordinator does almost all of the consultation. What I want is for the doctor to do all the consultation, and for the head coordinator to only show before-and-after photos, explain the price, and answer the personal questions I ask. But here, the head coordinator keeps saying things like that silicone needs to be inserted, or keeps bringing up surgical details. Of course, they probably know a lot, but later on if the doctor and the coordinator say different things, only the patient ends up taking the hit, and because I talk more with the coordinator than with the doctor, there's a lot of anxiety coming from the gap in information.
The doctor, during the consultation, answered everything I asked and so on, but they looked very busy
