The director was very proud of the closed approach, and was kind and calm. The consultation also made sense and was persuasive, but because my nose was an extremely difficult case after several procedures in a short period and my skin was insufficient, I couldn’t take on the challenge of accounting for everything with a non-incisional approach when the outcome would be hit-or-miss. The consultant seems to have her own world and a sense of pride about what it means to be a consultant.
