I had consultations at several places, and this was the only place that suggested using silicone. Raising the nose wasn’t my goal, so no one else mentioned silicone, but only here.. Since my skin is on the thin side, I asked whether the silicone might show through and said that I didn’t want to use silicone, and they said it had to be used to make it smooth. They said they wouldn’t build it up high. The part about it possibly showing through because my skin is thin was only mentioned because I brought it up; they didn’t mention it before that.
